On June 2004 TIRDO Lunched the Strategic plan book for 5 years 2003-2006, which states clearly how TIRDO will undertake its Mission and Visions. It emphasized on these parts:-
Improving Gender Balance and Mainstreaming.
Increase Number and Productivity of National and International Linkeges.
Computerise library services and subscribe to at least three web-based resources for leterature.
Improve occupational Health Services

TIRDO publishes Annual Reports which provides details of all activities and programmes for a year. These annual reports are circulated both locally and internationally, shows an outline of the organization capabilities and contributions made to the demands of industry and community.
Brochures providing information on specific aspects of TIRDO services are also available.
Several technical reports regarding the activities and services, rendered to clients are also available at the information/library services center at TIRDO.
Publications on research, results done either by TIRDO staff or in collaboration with other institutions are available.
